If I were asked to judge a good host then Sharon is the criterion. What she offers is a positive term of reference that I use when meeting other hosts. Her room rents are not the cheapest in Oxford, but factoring in facilities and support, I have no hesitation in recommending her to student parents. Sharon’s professionalism, care, concern and respect for students and their welfare is invaluable.
The flat we rented from Sharon was my sixth student accommodation rental and by far the easiest and least stressful. Not having to organise internet and television is fantastic, as is the weekly cleaning service, which means that they don't end up living in squalor (!) and I knew beds and towels were being changed regularly! It's easy to get hold of Sharon and her team and everything was straightforward to organise. I am hoping that any future students will end up in Oxford so that I can use Sharon's services again!
